  People make appointments to help manage their time efficiently, I think the receptionists at this centre are unaware of this concept.

  Doctors & reception staff are very good. However, the opening hours of the xray center are not, & the parking is absolutely terrible, very easy to reverse into other car/s or brick walls. The carpark designer should've gone to Specsavers.

  Poor Customer service. I would rate 0 out of 10 for there service over the phone. If you ever call them for the information you have to regret. Who ever works there need to know how to talk with the people. People call medical centre for medical purpose. Seriously it's not a joke. Last time I called there about a doctor schedule. The woman over the phone got pissed off for nothing. She was not listening to me at all. After a while she said we are very busy you have to come to medical centre for more information. After that she hang up.

  We've never had a problem with the staff or the doctors. Always been helpful and friendly. Do you think if some of the patients were a little more friendly and respectful to the staff they would have a better experience?

  Made an appointment a week in advance. Still waited an hour to see my doctor. Doctors can be late, but that’s far past reasonable. Time to look for somewhere else in the area instead.
