  Landlords: these people have a reputation for managing properties poorly. Do not use them. The houses on their books are shockingly bad, and the blocks of land they sell second rate. The REA for losers. Don't be a loser - find a better real estate agent, this is a very poorly run business staffed by imbeciles who were stupid enough to insult potential customers. It's all the REA franchisee's fault, he has a reputation among locals for not making repairs to properties his firm manages, be warned.

  Renters - the property managers are rude, stupid and lazy. They will *NOT* fix any faults in the houses they manage. Our property manager was unbelievably rude to us during the lease signing, and her Boss was even worse. Justly outraged, we rejected buying a house from this company as a result. This was idiotic on their part as we were in the market for a home in the Southern Highlands. What sort of Business drives potential customers away? We looked elsewhere for properties, and avoided dealing with Century 21 as a result of the way we were treated. Inept and very stupid. Found a good property from a more professional Real Estate Agent. The motto of the story is REA's who treat people badly lose sales and revenue, Century 21 Mittagong is just this sort of REA. Avoid at all costs.
