  Bought a weight set 3 weeks prior, one of the 8 weights found to be 1.25 instead of 1.5... manager not only refused to exchange that 1 weight but also cowered away in the office and left it to the junior staff member to deal with the issue. This is what you get when buying unchecked product from businesses that don't care too much for costumer service.

  My experience has been upsetting. I have always tried to support local when it comes to buying sporting goods instead of online however as of my experience today that will stop today. I was advised by a staff member at Amart sports on Saturday when I was buying a pair of sneakers specifically for Hockey that if they didn't work to bring them back. After ending up slipping everywhere on the field I could see they weren't suitable. Upon taking the goods back today I was told no that could not be done even though only being used once. Sorry Amart from here no longer will my kids or our family will shop there again I would rather drive to a competitor in Sydney.I will also make sure I advise as many people as I can on this so they don't make the same mistake. Make sure you can actually train your staff so they don't just sell an item for the sake of it and actually sell an item that works
