  These guys were very helpful despite being so busy. They also were happy to exchange an item no questions asked. I wish they had more accessories there, but it is a small shop.

  The most hopeless business in the Highlands. Went in to buy an iPhone 7plus and was told that they don't sell phones outright, walked around the corner to Optus where a very pleasant lady had plenty in stock and sold me one in minutes. Was told that I needed a smaller sim but had to get it from Telstra as I am with them. The 15 year old at Telstra took my name and number and walked away to hang some accessories on the wall and was left standing around for 45 minutes only to be told that they couldn't do it FFS. Walked to the phone case stall across the mall and the friendly young guy trimmed and fitted the sim for free in two minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

  Worst service ever! Went in 4 times over a week about my recurring issue with a 2month old basically new samsung s8 on business plans through them (that i also pay insurance on with them) was told each time that nothing was wrong and all samsungs have the same problem. Contacted samsung direct they told me they were full of it and helped staight away.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced! No one on the counter, worst still no acknowledgment to the three people waiting. Two customers before me storm out. I try to wait patiently with my 86 year old mother only to be completely ignored by once again by the shop assistant after being there for 15 minutes. The poor guy behind me who the shop assistant speaks to whilst ignoring me looks uncomfortable when I begin to get cranky because apparently I’m meant to be on a waiting list! No signage or any other type of communication to let waiting customers know. What response do I get when I point this out? “Oh ok then”. Seriously get some extra staff and do some training with those poor individuals that work there. Absolutely hopeless and will never enter that shop again.
