    Been going to Victoria House for quite a few years and have always found the staff extremely helpful. We have now moved to Bathurst and when I decided to do another needlepoint I telephoned Victoria House to ask if they would send the entire kit. To my delight the lady assisted me with the pattern, Aida cloth, many threads, braids & lots of beads which I received within a week of speaking and paying for my items. Thank you ladies for your wonderful assistance, I know I will be coming back again for my next project.

    Appalling customer service. I reported a faulty product via e-mail and was basically accused of lying. The staff member's response to my query was rude, condescending and full of attitude. If this is how you like to be treated as a customer, by all means shop with these people. I for one will never deal with them again. Utterly disgusted.
